FINACLE ISSUE

FINACLE ISSUE SPM ,TAPALAMPULIYUR SO 12:54 PM (19 hours ago) to SP, Circle, spoc, me Sir/madam, Till now eod process for 12-08-2016 is  not completed and the date is not changed in finacle.   And so we are not able to accept transaction till now. As you know yesterday also we are with  the same probelm due to network problem.(i.e.  we are not able to accept transaction for two days  12-08-2016 and 13-08-2016).And so it may raise the penalty problem in rd accounts and rd bulk posting process. But there is  no solution provided till this time regarding this problem . If there any particular order of the ground level officers, this may be brought to the notice of the Circle Union for taking further action with CPMG,TN. As for as RD  bulk lists from agents,  the following order was already issued , which is  already published in TN Circle Union web site.Iam once again reproducing this order below. The process would be as follows: 1.    The reference IDs must be generated only from Web Portal 2.    We are allowing Finacle System to accept these reference IDs generated from the         Portal without penalty upto 18thAugust 2016 3.    This facility will be restricted from 18th day end and this will not be available from         19th onwards. 4.    Post offices may have to instructed on the lines of SB orders issued to regulate the        accounting of these RD bulk lists alone. 5.    CPCs SPOCs are requested to communicate this to post offices immediately,         so that they need not wait late in the evening for processing the pending lists 6.    All files which are pending in the queue which are due for verification would be        attended to before 3 PM today. 7.    Hence, POs may be instructed not to add more list starting from now,         as they can deal these lists up to 18th August 2016. Fixation of Pay in 7th CPC Scales in respect of officials who got MACP-II from 2.1.2016 to 1.7.2016

For illustration purpose date of 2nd financial up-gradation under MACPS of a PA is taken as 18.1.2016
(i)	Pre-revised Basic Pay as per VI CPC Scale on 1.1.2016 (13950 + 2800 G.P)	16750/-
(ii)	Granted 2nd MACP financial up-gradation on 18.1.2016 & Basic pay as per (13950 + 4200 G.P)  VI CPC Scales on 18.1.2016 (Opted to fix pay from DNI on 1.7.2016)	18150/-
(iii)	Basic pay as per VI CPC Scales on 1.7.2016 (14980 + 4200 G.P) (Pay Fixation done 2nd MACP financial up-gradation in VI CPC Scales)	19180/-

Pay Fixation (in 3 different options exercise as per Rule 5 of CCS(RP) Rules, 2016) in 7^th CPC Scales:- 

(a) If Option exercised to switch over to 7^th CPC scales from 1.1.2016:-

Note: Exercising Option to switch over to 7^th CPC Scales from the date of next increment in pre-revised pay structure i.e. on 1.7.2016 would be beneficial [ i.e. 1^st proviso to Rule 5 of CCS (RP)Rules, 2016] by forgoing arrears from 1.1.2016 to 30.6.2016..
