Supply of Pay Tables for Calculation of Pre-2016 Pensioners-reg

This is regarding revision of pension of pre 2016 pensioners by notional fixation of pay wrt LPD on the date of retirement.   Pay fixation tables for notional fixation as on 1.1.1996 ( V CPC ) and on 1.1.2006 ( VI CPC ) are not available with DDOs for easy reference. Similarly the notional pay arrived at as on 1.1.1986 in respect of pre 1986 pensioners wrt OM dated 10.2.1998 is not recorded in PPOs available with DDOs. Hence it is requested that the matter may please be taken up with appropriate authority to cause supply of pay tables and  notional pay in r/o pre 1986 pensioners immediately to DDOs so as to ensure early revision.

This union is constrained to report that transfer and posting orders on promotion to LSG on implementation of cadre restructuring have since been issued  by all excepting central region. The undue and abnormal delay has caused confussion  in the minds of staff as they will rank junior in the LSG seniority  list wrt juniors of other regions who joined in LSG earlier. Hence it is requested that the matter may please be taken with CPMG to cause appropriate orders to maintain inter_seniority
